Our weather has been so dark and dreary, I needed a reminder that our beautiful spring is just around the corner.
One day a couple of years ago, I had to drop my car off for an all-day repair job. Being without a car for several hours, I decided to hop on our light rail train and head downtown with my camera. It was a perfect spring day . . . one of the first really nice days after a long cold winter. There were lots of flowers in bloom. These guys live close to the Keller Auditorium in downtown Portland.

Very pretty. I'm ready for the spring flowers. It's my favorite time of year for photography!
Lovely vibrant color and the lighting is just perfect!

Very pretty ... and a lovely reminder that spring is just around a couple of corners! :)
PURPLE!!! I love purple. And they look quite a lot like what we call columbine. Is it?

Sigh. It's been cold and dark and rainy here, too. Moses is not a happy camper, since if he went out to hunt, he would get all wet and muddy. What a wonderful reminder that this, too, shall pass! Come on, springtime!
What a lovely sunny picture. I can't wait for Spring.
A very pretty flower - I can't wait for Spring to come.
Gorgeous color and bokeh!
Happy MM
These are lovely. Columbines are a favorite flower of mine. I like the color of these.
Piękny orlik ma śliczny kolor, a Ty mu zrobiłaś jeszcze wspaniałe zdjęcie. Ja na robienie zdjęć wiosennych muszę poczekać jeszcze trochę :-(. Pozdrawiam. *** A beautiful columbine has pretty color, and you did him a great picture yet. I take pictures of spring I have to wait a bit :-(. Yours.
