UFO Challenge Revisited

Well, I went and finished up my Winter Wonderland quilt so early that now I'm left with four months in the year and no more challenge.  What's a quilter to do?

It just so happens that I have four long-term WIP's.  What a coincidence!  That's exactly the number of months left in the year.  It certainly makes my next move easy.  If only I were this good at chess.  So here is my revised updated new and improved (zestier, spicier, and oh-so-yummy) 2011 UFO Challenge:

  • September:  Finish "Let Sleeping Cats Lie

  • October:  Finish "Sunshine on my Shoulders," a pattern by Judy Laquidara called Peaches and Dreams

  • November:  Finish "Checkerboard Flowers"

  • December:  Finish "Home is Where the Heart Is"

And if I can do that, I'll start the new year off with all new projects!  It's sort of a New Year's "PResolution".  (I just made up that word.  Betcha couldn't tell.)

What a great way to finish up your WIPs. You've finished up a lot already this year.
