The back is cut, but it will require one seam to piece the two lengths of fabric together. I can't remember if I showed you the backing fabric before, but this is what I'm using.
Today I'll be making a back for the Dream Machines quilt, and then I'll get to work making four quilt sandwiches. To the Rescue and the Over the Moon table runner are small quilts, and so I'll just spray baste those. Dream Machines and the Doors of Ireland are larger, and so I'll be rolling them on boards Sharon Schamber style.
Also today, I'll do some watering and I need to prune back my unruly rose bush. Judging by his dirty face from yesterday morning, Smitty is doing some excavation outside. His face was just as dirty at the end of the day, and so I don't think he's finished with his outside work yet.
The temperatures have cooled off a little bit, and so we're more comfortable here. I'm looking forward to a nice Wednesday.

That was fast! I wish I could focus on one project long enough to finish. The backing for the quilt is perfect. You are a really good friend to one lucky boys grandmother!
