With three days off we're planning on yard work...lots of weeding, trimming and mulching to do and I want to take a trip to the greenhouse for some pretty annuals and hanging baskets.

Memorial Day weekend is graduation weekend here. Mom & inlaws arrive on Wed, grad party on Friday, oldest son arrives during party, grad on Sat. Inlaws 51st Anniv. is on Sunday, mom and oldest son leave on Monday, inlaws leave on Tues, youngest son and hubby leave for Freshman orientation and backpacking trip on Wed. THEN I REST!

We may go to a local Memorial Day honor ceremony (plus our church has recognition services) and watch some of the National Memorial Day celebrations on TV. We have many veterans in our family, living and deceased, so we like to honor and think of their unselfish service to our Country.
