Kitten's Tale Quilt Top Finished!

I'm so happy to have finished this BOM that I've been working on, seemingly forever.  Here are the various sections of the quilt so that you can see all of the blocks a little closer.

The one on the left is "Welcome Friends," and the one on the right is "Quilt Stack."

These are "Home Sweet Home" and "Kitten in the Tree," (as if you can't read them for yourself).

"Happy Family."  Some of the embroidered words are difficult to see because the fabric is too dark, but they are easier to read in person.  I forgot to reverse the applique on this one, and so the two applique cats are reversed.  I bet you couldn't tell.

I forget the name of the one on the left, but the one on the right is "Quilt Along with Kitty."

This one is "Forever Friends."

Next is a picture of the fabric I'm using for the back.  I had this in my stash.  I only had half as much as I needed, but I was able to find more.  With the cat and the dog in this, it seemed perfect for this quilt.

Whew!  That's a big finish for me.  I'm hoping my long arm quilter, Tammi, is going to tell me she can quilt this on her long-arm machine, even with all the yo-yo's on it.  I wanted to free motion quilt it, but I'm afraid it's a little too large to do with my domestic sewing machine.  If she can't quilt it, I'll probably tie it.

Gosh.  I hardly know what to work on next.  (As if.)

Impeccable work! So fun! It's evident that you invested many hours of your time, and now you own a treasure that will become an heirloom. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! It looks *amazing* all together! (I hope you will share next Monday at BOMs AWAY - unless you get gung-ho on another BOM between now and then.)

I've seen plenty of yo-yo'd, or otherwise embellished, quilts be done by longarmers, so she should be able to do this for you. :D Such a fantastic quilt deserves awesome quilting!
