It's a rare three-mountain day here at the Three Cats Ranch. Sorry they're so small. It's the only way to fit them all into one image. That's Mt. Rainier on the left, Mt. St. Helens in the middle, and Mt. Adams on the far right. If I were to drive my car down the hill a ways, there is a place where we can see four mountains. Enter Mt. Hood, which, if you could see all four together, would be to the right of Mt. Adams.
When it stops raining, it's beautiful here. It's a rare treat to see the mountains so clearly. I'm hoping for more clear days soon.

Stunning images. The mountain in the bottom image reminds me of our local mountain Mount Taranaki. It is conical with a bump on the side similar to that mountain. We have three mountains in the centre of the North Island (which is the part of New Zealand I live in) which on a clear day can be seen in certain spots around our province. Those three mountains are about a four hour drive away.
The photographs you took are beautiful. I hiked up Mt. Hood as a youth, maaaany years ago. Here in sunny S. California, we do not see many waterfalls like the one in your photo. Truly beautiful. Thank you for sharing them, Judith. carrierman4755@gmail.com
What a stunning view! We don't have mountains like that here in NJ!
You have the most gorgeous view. Is this right out of the house window or must you contort in the yard to see the mountains?
