Today I made up for the time I didn't spend sewing yesterday. This is a section of the project I'm making for my handmade gift exchange. I'm calling this project "Santa Fe" because that's where I purchased the pattern--in Santa Fe, New Mexico, during our winter RV trip. I can't show you the whole thing because I'm keeping it as a surprise for my gift exchange partner. But, just to make it more mysterious, here's another section of it:
What do you suppose it is?
It still needs a little more work before it's finished. The whole thing will be revealed to you in time.

I thought that might be a black hat in the top photo ... until you said it had a southwest theme ;-) Can't wait until you can show us the whole thing.
Hmmm, very interesting! I like the colors you are using. No clue what it is though.
I do not know what it is, but I really like what you have shown so far!
