Northwest Quilter's Guild Quilt Show: Last Day

Whaddaya say we finished these up today? Here we go:

This next one made me think of my Fractured Flower Garden quilt.

I loved this next one. Sorry for the blur in the close-ups of the quilting. Sometimes I'm in just a little too close.

Cute embellishing and quilting. Be sure to check out the scissors at the quilt top. Wish I'd taken a close-up of that.

Gotta love these ladies:

I'd like to try one of these graffiti quilts. It would be great practice.

That's all I have for you until the next show. Thanks for coming along!

More great pieces, but the 'Bits' grabs my heart strings - you know I like tiny.

I was going to comment on one quilt, then another, and another... Is it possible that you saved the best for the last post? These quilts are amazing and very inspiring.

Thanks again for taking us along.

I was at the NW Quilters Show on Friday...and I looked for Smitty but didn't see him or any of his work.

Wow, so many talented quilters. It would be impossible to pick a favorite from all the quilts that you've shown.

I did the Quilt Diva many years ago. It was a fun quilt to make. Almost like a self portrait. Such amazing talent. Thanks for letting us tag along.

Ah, such lovely & bright colors today! I think it's funny that in the tag for "Masai Journey" she mentions that red is their favored color, but I didn't see much red in the quilt itself. And those cows - they are amazing!!

These are all lovely, but I thine the purple mini and the sunbonnet sue are my favorites. THe cows are very realistic, too!

I've been slow about getting to all my reading but I'm sure glad I didn't miss your blog! I really liked the Jacobean Splendor and Marjorie Rhine. I guess I'm going to have to learn to applique as it keeps drawing my attention. The Quilt Diva was adorable. Thanks so much for sharing all these lovelies!
