My favorite carol is Carol of the Bells. Of which there is an awesome rendition done bu August Burns Red, and which -- I just now discovered -- has had a Christmas light show synchronized to it... ;)

One of my favorite Christmas carols is "Hacia Belen va un borrico". Such a fun little song. Or the Swedish carol "Räven raskar över isen" (The fox is sliding on the ice), while we dance around the Christmas tree.
