The prompt for Week 4 of the 52 Photos Project is "Crop It". Here are the before and after views of an image I snapped while visiting the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge a few years ago. It's a Bald Eagle, and the place is crawling with them.

He is beautiful. I saw a Golden Eagle when we were in Switzerland last time but it was too high to get a good photo.
Been busy here in the midwest. Just had time to go back and read some of your posts. Your pictures are so good!! Love all the flower/plant pictures. I don't garden, but can appreciate someone who does. What is chive blossom vinegar or what do you use it for? I love chives....
Been busy fostering the two kittens I have, they are almost 7 wks old. Getting 4 more today later. I guess some couple found the mother dead with 7 kittens laying with her (sad, huh?). I told the rescue that I would take 4 of them. They are 2/3 weeks old, which means they require a bit of work. It's something I love and they are so much fun when they get a little older.
Bet you love having your floor refinished. Even though maybe you aren't overjoyed with the color, it's just nice to have them redone. Ours are in need of that again, but will probably wait a little bit.
Love the red cat quilt. You do motivate me to work on the one I am embroidering. Starting block 8 with 12 after that will take some time. It really was foolish to start out with such a large project. I guess in the end it will be nice.
Have a good day!!!

Your eagle gave me goosebumps! Outstanding!
Excellent!
Excellent!
So much more impressive cropped! They're magnificent birds, aren't they?
Stunning! And I love the way he looks, so prideful.
The crop and removing the color cast really makes a difference. The eagle looks great.
Gorgeous photo. You can even see the feather's on his chest!
Wow! Lucky you - and a great shot there.
Absolutely stunning. Wonderful picture. The cropping really brings you in for a close up.
Crawling eagles -- now that would be a sight to see! ;-)
Beautiful crop, you get so much more detail with the crop. Great shot!
