This week's optional theme is "Reflections". Here's my entry:
This reflective globe was in among the lavender at the Blue Heron Herbary, the herb farm we visited last week as a part of the Oregon Lavender festival. I liked the way the lavender blossoms and the sky were reflected in its surface. Look closely, and you might see someone you know!
For next week's theme, I think we'll go with a color. How about yellow?

Very pretty. Love how the reflections show all around the open sky.
That's an amazing shot of that globe!!! We had a lavender festival last weekend in Niagara on the Lake. I plan to attend next year!
Wow, I really love that shot. Now I'm going to be looking for reflecting balls every where I go. I'd love to take pictures like that at different times of day, just to see the changes. Very cool.
