Design Wall Monday: April 2, 2012

Only one thing on my design wall today.  The longest running UFO in my personal quilting history.  This puppy is done!

It has the prettiest log cabin border.  I spent the whole week working on the borders.  There are 64 log cabin blocks.

This week I'll make the back, and then it will be off to the quilter.  I wanted to quilt it myself, but it's just too large for me to attempt on my domestic sewing machine.  I have a special quilter in mind who will do just what I want.
