Third Batch of Quilts from MQX West

Here are a few more of my favorites from the Machine Quilting Exposition West.  I have about two more batches of these to show you.  The best are still yet to come.

I loved the colors on this one.

The centers of the blocks were the stack-and-whack technique.  I've seen these quilts before, but never done so artfully.  It had some nice crystal work on it as well.

This next one had a lot of machine embroidery in addition to the beautiful machine quilting.  It was rich in appearance.

The centers of the squares were done in black velvet.  The gold thread quilting was so pretty and elegant.

These next two were just interesting.  I love the colors in the fabrics.  The first one is whole cloth with a border.  I just loved the quilting.

Here's a detail of the second one.

I loved the movement in this one.  It was called "Reflections".  I knew the name without even reading the card.

I'll finish off with this one that I thought was just adorable.

I love the little dog sitting at her feet.

More tomorrow.  Stay tuned!

Wow!! LOVE the green and purple. Fun quilts. It's a bummer living so far away from any of the big shows. I really appreciate when folks share eye candy. Makes me determined to save up and get to one some day soon. :)

Gorgeous stuff. I love the dimension of that first quilt. It played tricks on my eyes! :)

I think my fave of these is the sectioned circle with rainbow rays. It's funny, my friend Marlene & I were talking on Saturday about quilting our Jelly Roll Race quilts. She was thinking of doing a different quilting filler in every other row. :D
I wonder if there are 3 more of that quilt around somewhere?
