Jackpot!

Today's mail was such fun to open!  I received a package from my secret swap partner, Meg.  It was chock full of treasures.  First, this adorable fabric called "Sew Catty."

Then, there was a great sewing "basket" with cat fabric sides and a giant pincushion top.  Won't this be great for keeping the odds and ends I use in my embroidery projects?

Inside was a disk with this note attached.

And the disk?

It has some really great quilt patterns, including this "Fat Cat" pattern.  (Do you think my swap partner knows I like cats?)

And finally, proving that Meg is a woman after my own heart, there was this:

This will get put to good use, I'm sure.  Chocolate cats would be perfect.

Here is a picture of my 'Fat Cats in the City' quilt. I actually made 2 of them, both for friends, but, one is still a secret. I have yet to quilt them. I'm hoping this fall when I finally get to stay at home for a while. You will have fun putting this together. It's quick.
