Design Wall Monday--August 22, 2011

There isn't much on my design wall this week.  It's been too busy (and the weather has been too nice) to spend much time at the sewing machine.  I managed to get all the embroidered blocks for my "Winter Wonderland" quilt sewn together, however.

I'm hoping to put this one in the finished column this week.  Also, I'm picking up my Kitten's Tale quilt from the quilter, and I'm hoping to get the binding sewn on that one.  I'm curious to see what she did with the quilting as well.

Those are such fun stitcheries. I want to do one for next Christmas, not enough time this year, and thinking it would be fun to do a doll sized one with mini designs.

Your embroidery is so cute. I have the Over the River pattern but have not started it yet. Thanks for the inspiration.

Looking forward to seeing this one all finished. I really like all the stars you've been making to go with the embroidered blocks.

Your wonderland blocks look fantastic! You're going to have it all done by winter too I bet.
