Today I completed the 11th of 13 blocks for my Checkerboard Flowers quilt. This is the mum block. Here's a close-up so that you can see the top-stitching.
This is what the whole quilt will look like when all the blocks are complete.
I still need to complete the block in the lower right-hand corner and the block in the center, which is much larger than you might think. I have all the patterns and fabric for this BOM. All that's left for me to do is to finish it. I've been working on this one for a long time.
