Quiltmaker 100 Blocks

Hm.  Am I a winner?  My attention span is about two nanoseconds, and so I can't remember how I ended up here.  In any case, I happened on this blog post from way back on May 5th (my birthday, by the way) that I had been chosen at random to win a copy of Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Volume 3.

It was a giveaway for spreading the word about the 100 Blocks Blog Tour by posting about it on my blog.  So . . . .that was way back on May 5th.  This is the first I've learned of it.  I was never notified, and I haven't received a copy of the publication.  Maybe I'm missing something here.  What do you think?

I'm hoping this is just an oversight.  I have an email out to Quiltmaker right now, and I'm awaiting their response.  My email is available on my blog, so I know they are able to contact me (I double-checked, even though I was certain).  There doesn't seem to be any way for them to send me the publication without first contacting me.  Doesn't it make sense that they would need my address?  Weird.  Confusing.  Mildly irritating.  I'll let you know what I find out.

Today I started working on the embroidery for my "Winter Wonderland" quilt again.  After I finish a stitchery, it takes me a while to work up the energy to start a new one.  This new one should go pretty fast relative to the one I just completed.  The biggest one is yet to come, however.  I'm not a very enthusiastic embroiderer, but I do like the quilt.  There is still embroidery to complete for my Kitten's Tale BOM as well . . . and then 48 yo-yos.  I'm dreading those, but now I have a little tool to help me.  Hopefully, that will make it a little less tedious.  These are two quilts I've worked on for a long time.  It will be wonderful to finish them, and they are great quilts.  So stitch on, I will.

I hope you get your copy, I was lucky enough to win one too. I went back and checked the winners, some don't notify you, you have to email them, so depends on how they set it up. I won a book over a month ago and emailed, guess she forgot, still waiting;)
