The Perennial Plate

I wanted to tell you about something I saw today.  This was completely new to me, but apparently it's been going on for some time.  Daniel Klein has a web-based series about "sustainable and adventurous" food in his home state of Minnesota.  He goes hunting, fishing, and foraging for foods in the wild, and them cooks them up in his home kitchen.  I watched a few of his videos.  They average about 10 minutes in length, and they are both fun and interesting.

Recently, he's taking his show on the road, and the first episode aired today.  I thoroughly enjoyed it.  You can read more about his show here and watch the first video on his road show while you're at it.  If you're like me and you're inspired to see the rest of his work, you can find all of his videos on his website, The Perennial Plate.  There will be a new video each week,  Since I'm so far behind on the show, I figure I'll pair it up with another from the original series and watch them two at a time until I get caught up.  I hope you like it as much as I did.
