This week's Foto Finish theme is "Creepy or Spooky". Here's my entry:
It's a spider I found creeping up the side of our trailer on one of our camping trips. I don't know how spooky he is, but given that he's "creeping" up the side of our trailer, I think he qualifies as "creepy". And anything with fuzzy legs like that is definitely creepy. He is a pretty color, however. I'll give him that.
So for next week's theme, we'll be into the first week of November. Hm. What goes with November? When I think of November, I think of Thanksgiving, and turkeys, and family, and cold, and bad weather...although some of you are moving into the good weather part of the year, aren't you? Since most of us don't have access to turkeys--unless they're the ones that no longer have heads, feet, tails, or feathers--I'm thinking of going with the more general, "Birds".
No birds in your life? Not even the cuckoo kind? Remember that Foto Finish themes are always optional. Choose whatever you like.
If you don't have a blog, you can always join in and link from my FlickR group. Or, if you're having trouble, you can email your image to me as an attachment, and I'll link it for you. Now here's Mr. Linky:

Ummm....definitely CREEPY! :)
That is some spider! I wonder what kind it is. Beautiful.
We have a few tarantula`s around. They are harmless and some of my neighbor`s feed them. One actually "taps" my friend`s patio door every day.
Definitely creepy! He'd be spooky too if he was climbing up someplace in my house rather than up the side of your trailer.
OK, you win. Definitely creepy and crawly!
Yesterday I wish I had my camera with me because I watched a bee trying to kill a butterfly, they were wrestling on the ground, it was kinda creepy to watch. Then my son ended the my fascinated gaze by stepping on both insects.
Very creepy spider. I'm pleased he isn't climbing anywhere near me.
Oh yes, exactly creeping creepy! He (?) is rather handsome though. I wonder what kind of spider it is.
I've linked up but could find a creepy or scary thing so not following the theme.... sorry.
