Wash thinking about whipping one of the small runners up to take as a gift to my cousins for Easter, but not sure I'll have time to finish it either. Will see how today goes. You have been so good at finishing lots of projects. You are entitled to a big, chocolate Easter bunny in your basket. Oh go ahead and have two since you've been SOOOO good!!Darhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05960683751935834250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-1286916706563288332017-04-13T09:17:30.162-07:002017-04-13T09:17:30.162-07:00I understand your "pain."Our new kitten,...I understand your "pain."Our new kitten, Joshua, is always looking for a "way out." From experience, we've decide to keep our precious felines inside for a longer life, but Joshua is a challenge. When one of us goes out, the other has to "man the door," or he's likely to escape. Several times, he's succeeded and it's taken both of us around an hour to corral him. Problem is he is so young, he has no fear of anything. While we don't live on a busy street, cars do pass by and he doesn't understand the consequences of running out in the street. One time, he had escaped after a rain and was not happy about walking in the mud, high-stepping to get out of it. We do have a few tricks up our sleeve as he is motivated by a feather toy we only use when he gets out.
RosemaryCalifornianativedaughterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04575867488405482439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-31381663381466693202017-04-13T05:32:20.601-07:002017-04-13T05:32:20.601-07:00It's probably knowing what she did, but she do...It's probably knowing what she did, but she doesn't look sweet and innocent in that picture :)
I was talking to David last night about a beautiful wild cat in the neighborhood and saying I need to find out if it's male or female when I realized it's beautiful because it's a calico, duh. I guess I'll be trying to catch her to have her fixed. He doesn't go out unless leashed, and he's a little Houdini and wriggles out of that. Lately, however, every time I open the door he is right there, ready to sneak out if I'm not watching. Must be something in the air :-) She does not look altogether happy with you in that photo. Haha. Your little bunny runner is so cute; such happy springy colors!
