Pretty pretty plants & birds too. GORGEOUS cats as well.

Congrats on finishing the last of the Mulligan Stew blocks - yay!

The colors of the mosaic pattern are pretty close to your Blooming Sunflower quilt, aren't they. Just lovely. Have fun!
quiltzyxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08847188443140845514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-55581952926192838582019-04-24T17:27:12.331-07:002019-04-24T17:27:12.331-07:00Congrats on finishing the last blocks! Though when contemplating it, that may have been how it felt.

Careful, not ALL of Oregon is wet, just the west side ... er, WET side of the state. Here in NE Central Oregon it is VERY dry, normally, but not his year. God finally heard my prayers and we have had a lot of rain this year, but no moss here.

That pansy mosaic looks beautiful! Do you get Cardinals? I just assumed everyone did but several people in Colorado said they don't. I quit putting out seeds except safflower and thistle because we have FLOCKS of Grackles and Starlings. I know everyone is hungry but they're so greedy and mean to the other birds. I don't like bullies! Today I decided to go off the bird food hunger strike since they are mating and need energy to gather bugs and stuff for the babies that will be coming. Sadie is so scary looking! I've been busy prepping garden beds as it's too early to plant most stuff. I would love a grown up green house. I have a cheap $ 60.00 one from Amazon. It serves it's purpose-keeping plants happy until I can plant the last week of May (last year it was the first week of June due to rain). It never blew over the last 3 years but it blew over 4 times this year. I decided to set it up around my potting table and put garden staples on the bottom rods -so far, so good. She definitely looks like she means business. You've been busy, both in the yard and at your sewing machine! I'm determined to get a little more caught up with Moda Blockheads today, after I have coffee with a friend -- gotta fuel up, y'know! piecefulwendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02256164519304112032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-29971962020951805362019-04-22T16:03:40.515-07:002019-04-22T16:03:40.515-07:00Lithodora.

Helpful aren't I?! Sadie really does have a murderous glare in her outdoor eyes doesn't she! That cat is all business, whether she's helping choose fabrics or outside ridding your yard of all manner of vermin.
