We're planning one for June on the Central Coast of California. We've been on several: one took us from San Jose, Morgan Hill, Santa Cruz to Monterey. Another from Fremont in the East Bay to Stockton, Lodi, down the Sacramento Valley, and the last one was along the Interstate 5 from Vacaville, Fairfield, through Winters, Chico, Paradise, Grass Valley to Sacramento. You can find a great variety as every quilt shop caters to it's customers which include many different styles of quilting. Ha! I also thought it was only right that you would visit a shop with two chairs in front that look like the beach chair quilt -- what could be more serendipitous than that? I agree with the others that you showed remarkable resstraint in the shop; I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have done as well! I definitely would've snagged the coloring book :-) Enjoy your NBS day! piecefulwendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02256164519304112032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-83407037893377027802017-03-23T05:22:43.587-07:002017-03-23T05:22:43.587-07:00Sounds like a great quilt shop--and chances are I&...Sounds like a great quilt shop--and chances are I'll be in Astoria again.
