I love the smell of the tomato vines!Brown Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11318561483977196827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-58982737870931349082015-05-29T13:28:08.470-07:002015-05-29T13:28:08.470-07:00Ah the joys of having your hair tortured, I know i...Ah the joys of having your hair tortured, I know it well. At least it seems like the perms aren't AS smelly as they used to be.
Good job on using your CSA share. Those would probably work great for my sister Nancy, who loves to cook. Except that unless they have a very small box, it might overwhelm in a one-person household.
I'm looking forward to seeing you work the Hocus Pocus blocks.
Rubber Duckies & Zevee look like a perfect match!quiltzyxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08847188443140845514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5045426307379086704.post-53275863197042129612015-05-29T04:16:30.227-07:002015-05-29T04:16:30.227-07:00I'm not a fan of Bok either, but at least you ...I'm not a fan of Bok either, but at least you are being adventerous with all your veggie goodness.

I love that Hocus Pocus quilt. It's one that's tempted me, but at the moment I'm not doing enough embroidery to be contemplating adding that kind of project to my list. I'll just have to enjoy watching your version come together. Little Zevee looks very comfortable indeed. My favorite way to cook/eat bok choy is to cut the heads in half, lengthwise, brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt/pepper/garlic/pinch of cayenne and then sear them in a hot pan until slightly "caramelized"....or browned for us non-gourmet cooks. Great flavor and you still get a nice crunch. Mareihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17405291914328515413noreply@blogger.com
